Information
Your permit is only valid for your space at Granada. It cannot be used at other campus parking lots. Parking at Granada is tandem style, meaning each parking space is extra-long and two cars park in single file in the space. Tandem spaces are shared between two people who live in the same apartment.
Large and oversized vehicles cannot be guaranteed a space or an accommodation and will be refunded the permit purchase price should the vehicle be too large to fit in the space/garage/lot.
Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with spaces assigned in the order received. Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a space. If no spaces are available for your apartment, we will contact you before move-in and refund your purchase.
Parking permits and garage remotes controls will be available for pick-up on Move-In Day at the following locations:
- August 16, 2023: 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm at the Granada Apartments
- August 17, 2023: 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm at the University Towers Parking Office
- August 18, 2023: 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm at the University Towers Parking Office
- August 20, 2023: 1pm – 5pm at the University Towers Parking Office
Your car must be in its assigned parking space by 12:01am on August 21, 2023 or face the possibility of your car being
towed at your expense.
Beginning August 21, 2023, permits will be available for pick-up in the University Towers Parking Office weekdays from 10:30am - 12pm and 3:30pm – 5pm.
