Reserved Parking at Sanctuary Suites

Residents of Sanctuary Suites can rent a 24/7 reserved parking space in the garage under the property. Spaces are available for a semester, full academic year or the length of your license agreement.

Reserved spaces are available only to residents of Sanctuary Suites. Proof of residence may be required.

Rates

• $690 – 11.5 Month Parking including Winter and Summer Breaks (August 17, 2023 – July 29, 2024)
• $550 – Academic Year 2023-2024 including Winter Break (August 22, 2023 – May 12, 2024)
• $300 – Fall 2023 including Winter Break (August 22, 2023 – January 17, 2024)

Information

The space you rent will be yours and yours alone 24 hours a day.

Your permit is only valid for your space at Sanctuary Suites. It cannot be used at other campus parking lots.

Large and oversized vehicles cannot be guaranteed a space or an accommodation and will be refunded the permit purchase price should the vehicle be too large to fit in the space/garage/lot.

Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with spaces assigned in the order received. Space assignments are subject to change.

Parking Permits and Garage Remotes will be included in your move-in packet, along with your apartment keys, when you move in on Move-In Day.

Your car must be in its assigned parking space by 12:01am on August 21, 2023 or face the possibility of your car being towed at your expense.

Beginning August 21, 2023, permits will be available for pick-up in the Fraternity Row Main Office weekdays from 10am - 5:00pm.

Please bring a photo ID. Reserved spaces are available only to residents of Sanctuary Suites. Proof of residence may be required.
